The CWT Hotel Solutions department delivers global consulting and sourcing services to corporate companies to assist them in optimizing their hotel spend. As member of the EMEA team, Business Support Specialists (BSS) assist a team of Consultants who deliver sourcing projects. BSS are involved in every phase of the sourcing engagement, from project preparation to notifications to suppliers and distribution. They interact with suppliers and are expert users of a dedicated sourcing tool.
To support its development, CWT Hotel Solutions is recruiting a new Business Support Specialist.
Main responsibilities:
- Hotels RFPs follow up
- Hotel suppliers support and education, including chases, negotiations and notifications
- Data integrity
- Administration of CWT Hotel Solutions RFP tool (Lanyon), hotel bids loading and quality proofing
- Administrative follow up
- Proactively communicate information to consultants and escalate potential issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate to CWT Solutions Group weekly calls
- Data analysis
- Provide assistance to the Consultants and to suppliers, in accordance with the project plans.
Candidate’s profile:
- Languages
- English fluent: written and oral
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Abilities to deal within a multicultural environment
- Presentation skills
- Excellent oral & written Communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Excel, familiar with software
- Specific skills
- Project Management skills: well-organized, multi-tasking, good time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, establish priorities and deliver to fixed dates

- Conflict resolution skills
- Diploma in tourism or hospitality would be an asset
- Experience in business travel would be an asset
