Capita Company Secretarial Services is the largest outsourced provider of corporate secretarial services in the UK with established teams based in London, Exeter, Dubai and Krakow.
Due to the continued success and growth of our client base in Krakow we’re looking to grow our team and we’re seeking talented and ambitious graduates to join us.
- Providing administration support in key activities such as Compliance (obtaining relevant information as directed by the Management team; Billing (processing of timesheet data and expenses, coordinating client recharges and invoice requests); Finance (processing approval of supplier invoice through accounts payable)
- Supporting the CCSS teams with all general administration duties to include but not limited to booking and administering travel/hotel business bookings, team diary management, vacation requests and recording, post, meeting room bookings and hospitality, filing/scanning and photocopying, expenses and timesheet entry
- Building internal networks and business relationships; assisting in business development opportunities
- Developing technical knowledge and practical capabilities through attendance at internal and external training events, self-driven research and day to day exposure to company secretarial workflows
- Hold an EU recognised degree in business
- Are fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Are friendly, enjoys working as part of a team
