The role:
This role will support the Marketing department through financial and data control, management information and report production, performance measurement and analytics.
The requirements of this role are likely to evolve including additional marketing intelligence and performance management analysis as the future Marketing function evolves
Responsibilities:
- Regular and ad-hoc volume analysis and reports production from marketing systems
- Management and reconciliation of interactions from internal systems with attendee lists from external sources, in order to measure Marketing activity
- Responsible for date integrity maintenance of system and the training of users
- Support the Business Management team in ensuring accuracy of data key
- Support maintenance of the conference / event scorecard and capture of key metrics
- Ad-hoc projects such as assisting in the review of Marketing costs, Meeting schedule analysis/stats
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance/ Math or similar
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Ability to assimilate information very quickly and understand the context of Marketing deliverables
- Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
Additional assets:
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Access
