Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Katowice office to make the team even stronger.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Working directly with the client, including business trips and working on the client’s work premises; we are looking for someone who is eager to travel
- Gathering requirements for the computer systems development
- Documenting requirements using proper tools and methods demanded for the project
- Working closely with the Developers (programmers, QA engineers) Team
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced level of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Working experience with Agile
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in capturing testable user stories in an Agile backlog;
- Ability to create and structure project requirements documentation;
- Knowledge of BPMN2;
- Knowledge of UML;
- Knowledge in the area of: Stakeholders analysis, Tools and techniques of collecting requirements, Requirements documenting.
NICE TO HAVE
- Past experience with XML, XPath;
- Experience in data modelling using Eclipse Modelling Framework;
- Knowledge of ArchiMate;
- Experience in capture business logic using precise rules languages;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Web User Interface Design and mock-ups.
