B2B Customer Care Agent (temporary contract)

Responsibilities:
- You ensure professional and smooth advice for corporate customers during the Christmas season
- You are the competent contact person for company inquiries about the gift cards and the online shop for corporate customers
- You prepare offers, answer written and telephone inquiries and are the first point of contact for complaints from corporate customers
- You deal with issues in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner
- You support the team with administrative work as required
Profile:
- You speak fluent German and French and advise our customers throughout Switzerland (mail/telephone)
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in the commercial field
- You are a communicative person and like to be in written and telephone contact with customers
- You have the ability to adapt to the workload and keep calm and overview in hectic situations
- You have good IT skills with all common Office applications
