Avaloq Specialist CRM (m/w) - Contract
Your challenges In this Avaloq Specialist role you are responsible for the incident management and solution in the CRM area. You will be providing Business Analysis, specification and implementation (including parameterisation) in the area of CRM. Furthermore you will be supporting the business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments. The following tasks are your responsibility, too:
Your skills You hold a university degree or equivalent in Computer Science and are an experienced Avaloq Parameterisation Specialist / Business Analyst with at least 3 - 5 years experience of working in a banking environment in the CRM area (Business Know How). You bring thorough understanding of the Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services and have several years professional experience with Avaloq. Additional and must skills:
