Currently we are looking for a Assistant Capital & Risk Analyst - Intern within Regulatory Reporting unit. You will assist with various types of risk reporting for Nordea Group and its subsidiaries. Your focus will be on supporting analysis and reporting the development of risk exposure amounts (REA), the capital base and the leverage ratio in accordance with Basel III regulation.

About this opportunity
You’ll join Regulatory Reporting Unit where we are delivering reports to supervisory authorities through efficient processes meeting regulatory requirements, as well as to support analysis work related to risk and capital.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support analysis of the development of analysis of the development of risk exposures amounts (REA), capital consumption over broad range of portfolios and risk types and other financial regulatory reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in your processes and in the unit

Your profile and background:
- Student or absolvent in finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering or similar
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong Excel Skills
- Willing to learn VBA or SAS or Python or R or SQL
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
