AR Team Leader

For our client – a big, international corporation established in USA opening their office in Krakow, we are looking for AR Team Leader.
Working on this position you will be responsible for driving and coordinating transition of AR processes, leading and motivating team members, setting KPI’s, maintaining and ensuring SLA’a, supporting the overall process design and the management of change requests as well as managing functional on-boarding, training and development of team members.
To be successful on this position you should have at least 6 years of Accounts Receivables experience, thereof 2-3 years in a leadership role, be experienced in transition management as well as speak English and Polish fluently (min. C1). Moreover, you should have strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion as well as strong organizational and analytical skills and be open minded. US GAAP knowledge and ERP experience is a must (preferably SAP).
