Requirements:
- Master within Finance or equivalent
- Practical experience in accountancy (min. 3 years)
- Experience as a Team Leader
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- SAP AP module knowledge
- Invoice processing & workflow (XFlow) system knowledge

- Computer skills including the ability to operate within SAP, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level

Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting for all European Companies within the Group covering Accounts Payable
- Month-end closing for all European companies within the company
- Administration of X-flow/ DocuTec module and SAP Expense system
- Manage, Supervise and lead the AP team to ensure staff performance, motivation and development
- Manage work allocation and the performance appraisal process for all AP employees
- Maintain a high standard of employee engagement through training, coaching and education
- Develop/ Maintain training materials
- Maintain written procedures for all tasks handled in AP
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all documents related to AP
- Ensure a high standard of customer service in line with agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for AP processes
- Monitor and report on service lead times and other KPIs
- Introduce best practices in AP processes
- Manage relationships with key accounts
- Prepare and develop organization's finance and control processes and policies to meet the guidelines from external sources together with other relevant parties:
- Lead with or without authority and develop financial staff
- Strive to continuous improve the month end closing process within the company
- Strive to build a high performance department
- Communication with Finance Business Partners in Europe, Local accounting departments, department managers, employees regarding specific issues related to the position
- Communication with external stakeholders (Auditors, Banks among others)
