The Aircraft Redelivery Manager is responsible for managing, controlling and coordinating Wizz Air’s redelivery program including cost, schedule and reporting. This position reports to the Technical Manager.
- Coordination of life cycle of the fleet – lease agreement, redelivery conditions, long term maintenance plan, engine/APU/LDG shop visit plan
- Provide support during lease agreement negotiations
- Coordinate the lease return with lessor – initial meeting, final closure, negotiation of exclusions
- Coordinate EOL activities within Technical Services (preliminary review and inspection, EOL check, document review, external providers, paint etc.)
- Coordinate EOL within the company and with the Hungarian CAA
- Create and revise long term EOL plan and propose optimization
- Manage lease return program
- Establish standards, processes and procedures to be used during EOL
- Coordinate EOL events ad their teams
- Creation of executive report about the EOL program
- Creation and control of the budget for the EOL program and events
- Promote good and clear communication between all teams, lessors involved in the EOL and resolve conflicts
- Ensure that services, material and resources are planned and procured on time and in sufficient quality and quantity and are complementary to each other
- Ensure that result of each EOL event is analyzed and lessons are learnt and used to improve processes
- University degree – (aviation/technical/management)
- 5 years’ experience in aircraft leasing, financing or maintenance or at least 10 years’ proven track record in project management (technical/financial)
- Fluent English knowledge (both oral and written)
- Experience in CAW of A320 or similar type is an advantage
- Excellent in project management
- Very good organizational and communication skills
