We are seeking an exceptionally talented Agile Coordinator (Scrum Master) to help transition our business from its existing practices to infusing a more agile way of working. Through servant leadership, you will coach, mentor and guide our teams to figure out the best solutions for their specific challenges. You will help implement improvements in our processes and create efficiencies. You will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the organization, leading agile transformation and helping our teams to deliver better outcomes for our customers.
You will work with up to two cross-functional teams of 6-7 engineers.
You will join a community of other Agile Coordinators in the Product Development department who collaborate on Agile Practice team which will be the backbone of agile transformation at Playbook Engineering and where you coordinate all agile processes in an organization by facilitating agile changes across product teams, promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.
- Act as a servant leader to scrum teams by putting the needs of the team first, assisting with the removal of blockers that are preventing value delivery, facilitating or enabling the facilitation of key agile events
- Support the product owners to keep a refined, prioritized product backlog that’s aligned with the product roadmap and business strategy
- Guide teams in self-organization, collaborating around goals and/or objectives
- Operate as a team’s Scrum Master
- Lead the Scrum Team in using agile methodology and scrum practices and help to choose the best appropriate agile methodology
- Facilitate all Scrum events and help Scrum Team to organize product reviews
- Help the Scrum Team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity by providing education where needed
- Actively work as part of Agile Practice team and lead on improvements to the whole organization
- Have 2+ years of practical experience working in agile roles (e.g Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Agile Coach) and be able to demonstrate an understanding of multiple agile approaches
- Solid interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organization skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills with fluent English so you can communicate freely (mix of Polish/English speaking people - POs are based in UK, Dev Team in PL)

- Experience working with Jira or similar tool, to support scrum team in creation of product roadmap, product backlog increments, boards, and workflows.
