Responsibilities:
- Receives and reviews Purchase Requisitions for compliance with existing catalogues
- Designs and maintains catalogues
- Releases completed Requisitions for approval
- Performs administrative tasks of contract documentation management
- Creates and transfers Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Amends or closes Purchase Orders
- Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
- Handles queries escalated by 1st line helpdesk support
