For our new office in Krakow we are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills for a position as Administrative Assistant. It is required that you speak and write English fluently and any additional language is an asset. We also believe that you have previous experience from administrative duties. You should be proactive, structured and willing to work with a variety of different tasks to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Administration and office management
- Contact with ZUS, Tax Office, and other authorities in Poland and Scandinavia
- Book international and national transportation for our unique staffing solution
- Assist the recruitment department with contracts and other documentation.
- Assist with payroll, bookkeeping
- Assist with reporting tax, VAT and statistics to different authorities in Poland and Scandinavia
- Support the rest of the EHRAB-team with various "ad hoc" duties
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping and payroll
- Knowledge about Polish accounting standards, taxes and payroll
- Knowledge of labour law, social security system or EU-law is an advantage
- Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Proactive personality with hands-on attitude
- Self-motivated
- Goal oriented
- Advanced Excel User
- Fluent in Polish and English both verbal and written
- Additional language skills are an advantage such as; Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
