We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Procurement (PRO). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

- Advanced knowledge of German language – min C1
- Advanced knowledge of English language – min C1
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Min 4 years of experience in administrative assistance
- Outstanding communication skills
- BPO/SSC experience would be an asset
- A sense of common purpose
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage competing priorities
