Administrative and Support Specialist with Korean
Responsibilities:
• Customer service regarding the use of technology- financial products via e-mails;
• Support and resolve end-user issues in the software application;
• Monitor Customer Service mailbox;
• Updating the customers’ data in an internal system;
• Close cooperation with clients and staff;
• Provide excellent customer service tasks according to procedures.
Requirements:
• Fluent Korean (min. C1);
• Fluent English (min. B2);
• Legally authorized to work in Poland (work permit, visa required);
• M.in 6 months experience in Customer Service/Administration;
• Good communication/organizational skills.
• Availability to work during shift hours (8 and - 4 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm), particular weekends (10 am - 6 pm) and particular bank holidays.
