Admin & Payroll Specialist with English
Location: Toruń
Responsibilities:
- Ensure transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes - including mass transaction updates
- Make certain that enquiries coming from the Contact Center are answered and transactional activities are processed in a professional and efficient manner
- Collecting data towards HR managers
- Administration of personnel files and employee database
- Manage and records document flows
- Process changes in employee status, job status, cost center changes, pay, etc
- Supporting payroll function – preparing data for payroll input, accuracy validation
- Prepares and distributes standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines
- Liaise with customers and deliver customer orientated solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- Fluent knowledge of English language (both orally and in writing) is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies would be an asset
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Desire to learn
