- Building relationships with customers and providing an efficient and consistent service;
- Handling inbound/outbound customer contacts through different channels (phone, email, chat) for one of the most well-known sport clothes and equipment Brands in the world;

- Provide input for service improvements / provision
- Excellent French OR Spanish written and spoken language skills;
- Ability to communicate in English;
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave;
- Strong communication and active listening skills;
- Experience of working in a fast moving contact centre in an inbound customer service environment is desirable but not essential;
- Oriented to Empathizing with the customer problems.
