Scope of duties:
PTP Department
- reviewing financial process documentation
- customer support in daily activities
- monitoring service reports in accounting systems
- reconciliation and monitoring open vendor accounts, direct contact with vendors in case of discrepancies or any issues
- analyzing open purchase orders for all vendors
- creating orders and all tasks related to orders like order administration, execution of orders
- resolution of price discrepancies, requesting credit notes from vendors
OTC Department
- cash collection by phone
- interacting with customers, client or third party providers to collect: money for overdue transactions, missing payment instructions, missing claim documentation, information on current AR
- transaction processing in the area of billing
- period end activities
- pricing
We are looking for candidates with:
- good language skills both written and spoken in Dutch (B2/C1)
- good English (B2)
- good command of Excel
- SAP as an asset
