Opis stanowiska
Duties: Supporting customers and internal Project Delivery department in the installation phase and perform support for customers already purchased our product. In the near future responsible for establishing 1. Line Support, creating support processes and creating/setting up underlying support tools.Wymagania
Requirements: • Bachelor or a Master of Science or a similar level of education • An uncompromising attitude towards the quality of your work • English fluently (this is important as all interaction with customers' is in English) • Experience in supporting customers remote, either through mail or over phone • Experience in creating and customize Microsoft Office applications • Development experience with Web Services, Windows Security, SharePoint Services, Exchange Server or other Microsoft server technologies is an advantage. Besides this it would be an advantage if you have experience with: · ITIL · Microsoft Office (Outlook) and SharePoint customizationOferujemy
