Ihre Kompetenz
Abgeschlossene Informatiklehre oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Helpdesk und Support
Gute Hardware-Kenntnisse
Sie zeichnen sich durch eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und Eigeninitiative aus
Sie sind kommunikationsstark und geduldig
Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie gute Französischkenntnisse (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
