You will:
- You will learn how to monitor our global warehouse stocks and align our international processes
- You will gain an insight on how to conduct contract and price negotiations maintaining and expanding our partner and supplier network
- You will learn how to evaluate our SCM KPIs such as Estimated Time of Arrival, pricing and stock level - finding ways to improve them
- You will have a regular exchange of experiences with the other Management Trainees
- You will receive training, and step by step you will be integrated in the Hemmersbach Supply Chain Management team
- You have educational background/ some knowledge in the area of supply chain management
- You are versed in working with Microsoft Excel
- You enjoy challenging situations, are eloquent, like to work with numbers having an eye for detail
- You like working independently, but you are not a lone wolf, and you are a strong advocate of the idea of a team
- You are fluent in English
