Workday Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the design and deployment of planning and analysis process and tools in Workday/Adaptive
• Support and maintain Finance’s end user requirements – working with the finance stakeholder group
• Maintain the list of end user gaps, issues and requests throughout the project
• Support and maintain the standard definitions and reporting – working with Global FP&A team
• Be a connection point between the global standardization efforts and deployment project team – ensuring we stay in sync and working towards common goals
• Support the development of plan/forecast process in the future – understanding the differences between current and future processes and change management implications
• Support the creation of a training plan for finance to adopt Adaptive and Workday analytical and reporting tools
• Participant in pilot testing and validation of new workday/adaptive tools and reports
• Become an SME of Workday/Adaptive analytical and reporting tools for Krakow CoE
• Lead change management initiatives for adoption in Krakow and support wider stakeholder groups

 Requirements:

• Knowledge of Workday or alike tools
• FP&A and reporting background
• Analytical acumen
• Project management experience/knowledge
• Significant operations exposure to understand the complexities of the business
• Ability to drive change and execution of programs in a highly matrixed organization
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of all MS Office Products
• Very high attention to detail
• English level – C1
• Excellent skills in oral and written communications, leadership, supervision and interpersonal relationships.
