- Shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders
- Implement software in all environments, configurations, and deployments
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Work with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with HR business strategies.
- Design and write high-quality code/queries and knowledge of existing data models and integrations HR related systems (Workday, WalkMe, Prism, Kainos, Dormakaba)
- Partner closely with HR-IT Technical Lead to lead Program Increment identify 3-6-month priorities.
- Ensure that plan aligns with long term strategic goals for specific domain and HR-IT areas.
- Create and execute required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing
- Integrate current automation systems into a common test automation framework
- Estimate and plan for development of test automation frameworks
- Define processes and standards for implementing test automation
- Develops user interaction and interface deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, and visual designs
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Contribute to design standards and promote user-centered design throughout the organization
- Collaborate and shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders
- Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition
- University degree preferred
- 3-4 years’ experience with the Workday platform: implementing, configuring, developing Workday for Human Capital Management, but also Financial Management and/or Professional Services)
- Ability to build up a good understanding of the business processes and data model
- Experience creating workflows via PowerApps and data visualization using Power BI and other solutions
- Very good spoken and written English
- Problem Solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in international environment would be an advantage
