Work & training program in J.P.Morgan
As the war in Ukraine continues, J.P. Morgan would like to help you to continue your career with a work & training program.
What do we offer:
- Learn on-the-job: you’ll be working alongside our current employees helping them with their daily responsibilities, whilst enhancing your own skills & experience
- Dedicated training: we’ll train you to work in one of the multiple teams present in Warsaw, including but not limited to Finance, Human Resources and Operations
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months: you’ll be able to apply for open roles within the firm at the end of the program, or alternatively we’ll provide you with support* to go back to Ukraine
- We’ll support* successful candidates with settling down, such as help with finding housing, arranging pre-school care and an option to enrol children in a specified school following the Ukrainian curriculum
- You’ll also benefit from standard employment benefits, such as private healthcare, life insurance and access to a flexible benefits platform
Who is this program for:
- You were resident in Ukraine on 24.02.22 and can legally work in Poland as at the date of your application
- You’re of working age (18+), and are currently based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw
- You have some prior experience in a corporate environment/office-based roles and/or you hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- You’re an inquisitive person with a desire to learn and grow your professional skillset
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- English is our working language (you do not need to speak Polish), and you need to be comfortable with speaking, reading and writing in English in a workplace (corresponds to at least B1); the program will include an intensive course to improve English for those who need it
