Key responsibilities
The person on this position will develop a business in retail sector.
- strategic development and expansion of existing retail partners’ network as an important sales channel,
- sales plan realization and finding new opportunities to increase sales growth,
- active search for new customers in modern channel (retail partners),
- participation in business and financial planning for retail channel,
- preparation and conclusion of contracts with business partners,
- product & campaign pitching, listing and KPI monitoring,
- management and supervision of campaigns,
- development of synergies and coordination with other sales channels,
- improvement of cooperation quality,
- market overview and store visits.
Requirements
- minimum six years of experience in a comparable field of work (good retail chains’ market knowledge),
- recent experience in non-food sector on Polish market,
- sales orientation,
- good negotiation skills,
- excellent organizational skills,
- proactive approach and focus on solutions and results,
- analytical skills,
- flexibility and perseverance,
- ability to work in a team, strong communication skills,
- active knowledge of English language.
