The Welding Coordinator will - in close cooperation with the Quality Engineer - become responsible for ensuring that welding tasks meet the requirements in ISO 3834 and EN1090. The Welding Coordinator contributes to develop and maintain systems and tools and to ensure the quality as well as establishes quality level in accordance with customer specifications and requirements in ISO 3834/EN 1090/ ISO 9001.
Your primary responsibility will include:

Ensure that required welding procedures (WPQR) and welding specifications (WPS) are available

Prepare, implement and maintain control procedures

Contribute to the production preparation of new welded products

Ensure the Welding Operators have the required welding certificates

Support development of welding competences

Comply with Aluwind’s quality procedures and instructions according to the Quality Management System DS/ISO9001:2008 as well as to EN 1090- 1/2/3 and possible local regulations

Contribute to continuous improvements and optimizations such as optimizing and streamlining processes, quality and working procedures

Proactively act on deviation as well as implement preventive actions
As a person, you have a flexible and service-minded approach. It is natural for you take responsibility for tasks and machines. You cooperate to ensure and contribute to a smooth and efficient production flow.
You have a professional education as International Welding Engineer (IWE), International Welding Technologist (IWT), or International Welding Specialist
(IWS) combined with practical knowledge of welding steel and aluminum.
You hold the relevant certificates for welding processes for both steel and aluminum. You are familiar with reading technical drawings and possess good IT skills.
