We are looking for someone with creativity that not only excels at software development but who is also passionate about new and emerging technologies.
Major contributor to the design, development, and testing of software applications.
Projects include:
- Development of front end web based user interfaces for the Learning and Documentation teams
- Development of Adobe Experience Manager interfaces.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in web development
- Minimum 3 years experience working within a software development lifecycle methodology (e.g. SDLC, Agile)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Requirements, Design, Coding, Unit/Integration Test lifecycle phases
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, XML, Web services
- Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills
- Experience with usability testing and knowledge of usability best practices.
- Responsible for independently designing and coding solutions.
- Excellent debugging skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
- Ability to solve problems, create solutions and direct work on their own – self-directed.
- Disciplined approach to software development.
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in managing or participating in open source software development projects
- Working with graphic designers and artists, develop the UI and programming for educational tools
- Actively participate in and contribute to design sessions
