The primary responsibility of the Web Application Architect is business analysis, application design, development, integration, delivery, application maintenance and support functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in system and architecture design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Assist in application implementations and development from gathering requirements to testing.
- Communicates with business professionals on business considerations.
- Unify the technologies across several Web Application products
- Actively propose new web solutions, frameworks according to the requirements and market conditions
- Consults on matching application requirements to the platform and development tools
Skills:
- Experience with front-end technologies
- JavaScript HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JS frameworks: React, Angular
- Knowledge of backend technology (JavaScript , Java/J2EE, NodeJS)
- At least 3 years experience as a web application developer / backend developer
- At least 5 years overall software design experience
- Knowledge of web development tools, Unit and e2e web application testing
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to deliver documents or presentations at appropriate level of detail to various groups such as engineers, 3rd party developers, visitors at trade shows or senior management
