

Lantec UK is a fast-growing IT Services and logistics provider with expertise in EPoS, ATM, Networking, Card terminals and client-server installations. The Company is looking to build upon existing relationships in key managed service accounts as well as developing new ones, particularly in retail and banking.
Purpose of the role
- To conduct Warehouse & Configuration duties on behalf of Lantec UK clients
Main Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities of the job:
- To configure terminals as per process documentation
- To conduct discovery process as per process documentation
- To record all dispatches & receipts accurately
- To plan or prioritise Work Load to ensure Service Level Agreement is met and all jobs completed in accordance to the time scales;
- To work closely with field engineering team to ensure the best level of service is provided to the customer;
- To carry out any other duties which may reasonably be expected/requested;
- To maintain accurate stock records and order stock to ensure correct holding levels are maintained;
- To ensure all administration tasks are completed and returned within given time scales;
- To be available for training as and when required;
- To ensure all issues both technical and customer related are escalated according to company procedures.
Skills and qualifications required by the candidate:
- Excellent customer skills required.
- High customer focus with positive can-do attitude
- EPOS knowledge an advantage.
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Bilingual - Polish & English Languages
