For pharmaceutical company, we're looking for User Support Specialist. Candidate must have an experience in application support, SQL/Oracle experience and Windows administration. As an User Support Specialist, you will be implementing, troubleshoot and maintain service quality for selected applications to support client's development and manufacturing processes. It is an exciting opportunity to join Application Management unit within a dynamic, fast moving environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation and documenting Access Management related requests
- Logging, review and processing all received service requests from appointed Roche teams, managers or Customers
- System Administration & System Monitoring with Daily/Weekly/Monthly Checks (interfaces monitoring included)
- Carrying out periodic activities like:
- -clean up users’ accounts
- -smoke test executions
- -maintenance weekends support and testing
- Generating application monitoring reports
- Handling incidents related to supported service/application in accordance to Incident Management Guideline within scope (this may include proper incident logging, categorization, prioritization, functional or hierarchical escalation, initial investigation and monitor resolution until closure)
- Problem detection and logging during the application management life-cycle and service management life-cycle
- Maintain communication with end users from initial stage until completion of requests
- Participation in building the knowledge database for a given application
- Ensuring that all knowledge articles are created in full accordance to Knowledge Management Guideline
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience in application support
- Oracle DB
- SQL knowledge
- Windows server (or Linux) experience
- Windows administration
- Knowledge in ITIL and Experienced with Active Directory / SNOW and JIRA
- Basic knowledge of related IT technologies
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to learn fast new technologies and new processes
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- CSV or GxP knowledge (nice to have)
