Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
- Oversee and manage a multinational team analyzing web data for a prestigious international company;
- Identify improvement opportunities in work-flow, team structure, user experience, and suggest solutions;
- Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements;
- Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams;
- Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor;
- Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents.
- 2-4 years of work experience & university education;
- Team leadership experience and proven track record of success in previous work;
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts across 7- day workweek – mornings, evenings & nights, as well as on some public holidays, depending on project needs.
