- Provide daily supervision of the EU Operations team; analyse and improve SLA’s & MIS; manage and resolve escalated queries /complaints;
- Review and make decisions on exceptions to internal procedures;
- Evaluating, measuring and reporting individual and team performance against states goals and objectives;
- Keep all the agreed processing times;
- Daily cooperation and interaction with Sales team and other Elavon units with purpose of resolving customer service issues and improving processes;
- Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers;
- Lead, develop, coach and motivate assigned employees to ensure they are aware of and capable of delivering their objectives;
- Effectively track employees’ timekeeping, absence, holiday records and ensure accurate documentation is kept;
- Set clear goals and targets with explanation of how they will be measured. Manage employees’ performance by conducting monthly/quarterly reviews with the team and modify goals when necessary; ensure all meetings monthly with employees are clearly documented and signed;
- Administrating and reviewing corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Management projects.
- Minimum one year of leadership experience;
- Very good knowledge of English is a must;
- 2nd language will be an asset;
- Ability to apply experience and knowledge to new situations;
- Desirable characteristic: efficiency, accuracy, thoroughness, flexibility, punctuality, work under time pressure and in unexpected situations;
- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Well-developed knowledge of banking operations/financial services.
