Treasury Analyst (W/M/X)

As a Treasury Analyst you will become a member of Global Treasury Team by providing support and assistance to our internal customers. You will also ensure compliance with external regulations and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains Bank Accounts – contact bank representative regarding requirements for KYC, opening / closing bank accounts and updating signatories for assigned regions
- Prepares bank account maintenance documentation for KYC, opening / closing bank accounts and updating signatories
- Initiates opening bank accounts in the Oracle System
- Reviews consolidated bank accounts list on a monthly basis
- Issues and amends Bank Guarantees
- Reviews Bank Guarantees on quarterly basis
- Process Bank Guarantees invoices
- Regularly contacts banks on ongoing cases and issues
- Downloads reports and statements from electronic banking systems
- Participates in internal and external audit
- Builds and distributes routine and ad hoc reports
- May be required to serve as secondary security administrator on online banking system and back up for all online banking systems responsibilities
- May be required to manage FBAR reporting process
- Ensures all deadlines are met
- Actively participates in Treasury and other projects as required
- Works under minimal supervision.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, equivalent major or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an international treasury/finance/accounting environment will be an asset
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
- Analytical skills, accuracy and focus on details
- Effective time and tasks management skills to meet deadlines and assist team members in completing all other deliverables on time
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at various levels and bank representatives
- Knowledge of online banking and other treasury software.
