Treasury Analyst (12 months contract)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Daily Cash Management: Execute EMEA Daily Cash Positioning; Execute EMEA EUR, USD Investments; Manage Daily cash positions in EMEA; Record all Cash Entries in Treasury Systems
• Netting: Manage the weekly Netting Cycle Process; Customer Service Support for Motorola Netting Users; Manage Netting Outsource relationship with RBS;
• Bank Account Administration EMEA: Opening / Closing Bank accounts; Adding / Removing Bank Account signatories; Maintaining accurate EBAM bank account database; Key relationship with MINC Treasury Bank Account Supervisor
• Electronic Banking: Maintenance of Corp Treasury Electronic Banking Systems; Security Management Corp Treasury Systems and (UK) Citidirect Instances
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
• Advanced MS Excel skills, MS Access knowledge would be welcomed
• Strong sense of accountability
• Careful attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work under high-pressure/time sensitive deadlines
• Strong communication skills
