Travel assistant
Location: Kraków

Key Responsibilities:
- buying airline tickets (on line and with travel agency’s help);
- making hotel and car reservations;
- organization of business travels
- providing visas if needed
- gathering information and preparing reports
Requirements:
- secondary education
- 1-2 year experience preferably in the international environment
- good knowledge of English
- good knowledge of Italian
- knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point)
- excellent interpersonal skills and capabilities to work in team and under pressure
- good organizational skills, ability to work in stressful and time-constrained conditions, ability to work independently
