Planning and organizing business travels for Łódź staff with cost orientation;

Support for the other offices in business travel;

Providing travel information to travelers and assistance regard to travels, training employees in this scope (connected with Mobica induction training);

Providing relevant documents related to business travel, ie. Invoices / receipts;

Preparing travel report purchases;

Telephone support for traveling employees (24h telephone – regards emergency situations);

Maintaining excellent cooperation with other company departments and their partners;

Performing other task or duties as allocated by Travel Manager or by Administration Services Manager.
