Your tasks
- Organizing and managing shipment details
- Processing transport orders for global material flow and managing transport processes
- Contacting our daily transport suppliers
- Working with our internal warehousing tool
- Preparing and updating Excel reports
- Creating transport companies network worldwide
- Issuing invoices and supplier rating
- Monitoring SLA and KPI's
OUR REQUIREMENTs
- Minimum two-year experience in a similar position
- Very good English language (speaking & writing)
- Highly developed communication skills
- Proactive and flexible to take over new interesting tasks
- Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions quickly
- Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint))
