Requirements:
- Coordinating the validation of translated product content to agreed SLAs (Packaging data, Instruction Manuals, selling product content)
- Utilising all the material available to ensure consistency and compliance to local requirements
- Delivering projects on time, whilst managing stakeholder expectations and risks
- Project manage and prioritise workloads
- Cooperating with the Operations Manager and Translation Validation teams regarding process improvement
Responsibilities:
- Native-speaker level in French
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination and additionally in translation/copywriting
- Management skills: ability to evaluate systems and processes, communicate goals in a clear and consistent manner, set and uphold high standards
- Personal accountabilities: leads by example, takes responsibility, drives continuous improvement, translates ideas into practice and ensures they are sustainable
