- Transitioning RTR processes from EMEA countries into SSC;
- Working closely with the country finance and SSC teams to ensure processes are transitioned according to the local and US GAAP requirements;
- Developing desktop procedures and other project documents;
- Ensuring tasks/aspects within the transition are well managed, and that any issues/risk are indentified and progressed to closure;
- Developing a working knowledge of the processes that are being transferred;
- Providing experts knowledge and trainings on various tools used in SSC to country teams;
- Driving implementation of finance tools in EMEA region;
- Driving process analysis & improvement initiatives.
- 2-3 years experience in Financial SSC environment;
- At least 2 years experience in accounting/finance area;
- Transition or other international experience;
- Customer service experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- High motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in system implementation or project work would be an asset
- Unique exposure to various areas of Finance domain in the European and global context;
