Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The centre provides state-of-the-art services offering employees the opportunity to work for various clients and develop expertise in a wide range of disciplines. At Capita Krakow we deliver multilingual business service that range from managing complex processes to more transparent transactions.
Given our expansion plans in a number of sectors and the addition of some exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
The role will be to take responsibility for all aspects of the transition processes, starting from preparation, transition to stabilization phase.

Create and lead Transition team able to migrate processes of various size and nature;

Create and implement migration methodology and transition plan for each of the transition waves;

Ensure that policies and procedures are designed, maintained and updated with regards to upcoming changes;

Consider and escalate potential risks or issues in accordance with transition activities;

Enable transition planning;

Conduct project training design.

Work in close cooperation with Sales team and Service Delivery teams

Minimum 5 years job experience in BPO / SSC industry;

Minimum 2 years experience of full Transition Lifecycle to a BPO or Shared Service operation;

Experience in an English-speaking environment for a multi-national company;

Ability and experience in dealing with multiple projects;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills;

Project management certification, such as PMI PMP will be an asset;

Educated to degree level.
