Transition Manager/Continuous Improvement Specialist

For our client – a big, international corporation established in USA, we are looking for candidates for Transition Manager/Continuous Improvement position.
The main point of this role is to prepare, manage and conduct transition process the Hub and turn into a continuous process improvement and digitization role, monitor process performance within Finance Hub as well as cooperation with IT department to analysis and development of business concepts.
The successful candidate should speak English and Polish fluently, have at least 4 years of experience in Shared Services environment including the management of transition, experience in delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation and standardization as well as strong project-management skills. Moreover, all candidates should have strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a cultural diverse environment and excellent planning and organizational skills. US GAAP knowledge is required.
