Lead transition projects under F&A/procurement programs
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks
Pay attention to relationship management (with customer and Infosys operations)
Support transformational change through backfill operating roles
Oversee project training design
Enable transition planning
2+ years of experience in BPO/SSC
Fluent English, other European language will be an asset
Experience in leading transition projects is required
Strong management skills and ability to motivate people to meet expectations
Good communication and interpersonal skills is required since this is a client facing role
