Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Transition Lead with English and French or German
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Providing inputs for the business transition strategy and creating customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific Client needs
- Carrying out analysis to dynamically evolve and re-designing the IBPO transition methodology and framework
- Planning, deploying and managing financials for the transition program
- Managing creation, deployment and reuse of knowledge artifacts created across different transition programs and facilitate adoption of best practices
- Creating a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget for respective transition projects
- Allocating/mobilizing appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects
- Generating periodic reports and MIS related to respective transition program to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large and complex transition programs and diverse teams spanning across industry domains
- Understanding of the business process in specific domains of the respective vertical
- Excellent F&A or procurement process understanding & knowledge
- Ability to manage large scale transitions or multiple transitions
- Knowledge of Program, Financial and People Management
