The team you’ll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
MN RAN BOAM Operations&Tranformations is responsible for overall unit operations and transformation definition and implementation. Change management is the answer for dynamically changing working environment. Empowering teams, establishing the sense of urgency and ensuring customer- and productivity-oriented performance are the key challenges we have. Our aim is to enable intelligible connections between new behaviors and organizational success.
What you will learn and contribute to
As a part of our team, you will:
- Take responsibility for change management among the team, propose solutions and coordinate the actions
- Organize and facilitate business/technical meetings, invitations and venue
- Participate in the company wide/and local administrative tasks/actions
- Participate in preparation of change management, performance management and other transformation related training materials
- Support continuous improvement framework development, governance and maintenance
- Support performance management strategy definition and implementation
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Active student’s status (preferred Management studies or any related fields)
- Fluent English skills
- Basic knowledge about Change Management theories and models
- Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms)
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Open mind and strong willingness to learn
It would be nice if you also have:
- Experience with change management (in commercial environment or non-profit organization)
- Basic knowledge about quality management
- Analytical skills
