We are currently seeking a Transfer Agency <anager to be responsible for delivering a high quality and competitively priced service to our Client. The Manager will be responsible for directing team resources to achieve overall client satisfaction and will be evaluated on their ability to provide client satisfaction as efficiently as possible and at the lowest cost to our client. The role is based in KRAKOW.
The Role :
- Be responsible for instituting and reporting on measures to determine the team's performance in meeting these standards,
- Establish service standards for team clients within their product area
- Responsible for ensuring all legal, tax and documentation related issues are appropriately addressed
- Establish and maintain relationship objectives including a proactive service plan to ensure an exceptional value added service to clients
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives and educate clients continually through presentations
- The TA Manager will be expected to minimize overtime and to implement additional efficiencies as automation projects are completed.
- Establish solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients' organizations,
- Ensure regular contact is made with clients, ensure any service issues are addressed immediately and efficiency improvements and automation are identified and implemented
- Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants where appropriate
- Organize and perform training of staff and client specific requirements as well as cross training to develop depth and breadth of knowledge.
- Provide mentoring, assistance, guidance and support to Supervisors and other staff
The Role requires leadership, initiative,creativity, management skills and the ability to instil enthusiasm and commitment among team members. Working as a TA Manager you will be responsible for conducting annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports.
The role will suit a person with previous experience in Transfer Agency, Back Office or a similar client servicing role within Financial Services area. You should have previous experience in managing teams with proven ability in people management, ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members. The role requires experience in planning and following through to meet objectives, and ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
