Delivery Support - Regional Operations
Motorola Solutions WORLDWIDE EDUCATION Organization consists of a group of professionals responsible for design, development and maintenance of documentation and training materials for Motorola Solutions employees, partners and customers. As a Designer you will have an opportunity to expand your IT knowledge, and with the use of modern tools, design content allowing our customers better understanding of the state-of-the-art products developed by Motorola Solutions.

Pre-Delivery Preparation Support
- Create training delivery sessions in LMS
- Enroll, cancel, and reschedule students in classes
- Arrange catering, food and beverage, morning and afternoon snacks as required
- Mange printing and shipping of course materials as required
- Ensure classrooms meet training requirements (classroom is clean, organized, arranged, materials delivered, flip chart paper, white board markers etc)
- Manage Meet and Greet Activities when required to include; Greeting the customer, tours, translation support, entertainment, hotels, travel visas and letters of invitation.
- Provide rosters for resident courses to front desk for preparation of visitor badges when delivery starts
- Provide survey links and QR codes to instructors when required
During Delivery Support
- Ensure resident classrooms are open in the morning
- Resident student sign in at the front desk
- Resident students receive visitor badges
- Receive rosters from the instructors
- Provide course completions certificates to the instructors when required
- Liaise with facilities for building and classroom issues when required
- Communicate VILT launch URL to VILT students
Post Delivery Support
- Process training delivery After the Fact (ATF) rosters to enroll and complete students
- Print and ship course completion certificates for non-MSI classroom locations when required
- Collect Federal completion forms from instructors when Federal courses are delivered
- Close sessions and ensure course credit for participants
Delivery Help Desk Ticket Support
- Work with Back Office and Help Desk to resolve problems in LMS related to training delivery, student accounts, and Course sharing with Audience types
- Resolve customer complaints, determine the cause of the problem, resolve customer issues, expedite problem resolution, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Contact customers, partners and employees when required to resolve issues
- Helping existing or new students navigate the LMS
- Work with the PIC Team and Channel Operations to ensure Partner students get proper credit for certifications, scorecard issues, empower rewards credit and answer certification questions.
- Review, research, and apply credit in LMS for ETA Certifications
- Analyze student transcripts, correct student records, and adjust errors for Employees, Customers and Partner Empower Certifications
Basic Requirements
Education:
AS Business Administration or Equivalent
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of:
- Experience working within training functions/organizations
- Attention to detail a must
- Positive attitude, proactive, team player and a self starter. Able to work independently when required.
- Familiarity with Google Mail, IM, Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
