We are currently seeking a Financial Services Training Analyst to provide access, technical expertise and guidance in addition to training support for the various business lines.
As a key member of a global business team, you will be working closely with internal business lines to analyse business processes, implement workflow and system enhancements through innovation and regulatory updates, assist with global projects, documents procedures, provide support, create and execute implementation plans, develop and deliver training courses pertinent to the business lines.
The Role:
- Conduct pilot programs.
- Master delivery of courses within the Trainingcourse catalogue applicable to the local offices needs
- Facilitate training strategy meetings with business lines.
- Provide regular training updates through strategymeetings and the creation and circulation of a monthly training calendar to all staff within the business lines.
- Review and document existing workflows across business lines - with the aim of enhancing current processes, identifying efficiency gains, ensuring a streamlined process across offices, identifying areas where training needs exist.
The Role requires candidates with previous experience in Fund Accounting and possessing excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. The Analyst will demonstrate ability to display presentation and deliver training and work in a client servicing focused environment.
