Trainee Service Desk Agent with German
Location: Polska, Wrocław
Your tasks:
- Providing remote 1st line support to end-users working on 24/7 shifts
- Analyzing problems related to software and hardware & putting correct resolution in place
- Opening, closing and monitoring of the incidents in the ticketing system
- Contacting with the end-user via phone, e-mail & chat
- Updating knowledge articles
Our requirements:
- Very good German (B2) and English (B2)
- Interest in IT industry and willingness to learn new things
- Demonstrate an interest in fixing technical problems
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Readiness to work on shifts (8 hour shift, 24/7)
