Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of customers (via calls, emails, dunning letters, statements of account)
- Reporting the results of work in the area of outstanding receivables & referring the most delicate matters to the superior
- Performing regular follow up on the accounts with aged debt
- Supporting cash allocation and arranging missing remittance advices for the unapplied & unidentified payments
- Preparing collections forecast
- Delivering an excellent service and maintaining good relations with Client and end-customers
- Responding to customers’ inquiries, requests or complaints (e-mail/ phone)
- Performing ad-hoc activities delegated by Management of the team
- Fluent in English (at least B2/C1)
- French language knowledge would be an asset
- Microsoft Office essential skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
- Pro-active business approach & ownership, aimed to resolve business/people issues
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
