These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Booking invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions process with the client; collecting suitable approvals
- Customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
- Monitoring the payables, Vendor account reconciliation
- Preparing daily, weekly and ad hoc reports e.g. Invoices Pending for Approval/Query resolution
- Educational background in finance, accounting or economy is an advantage
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active business approach, aimed to resolve business/people issues
- Communicative English and German
- Civil contract (availability min. 30h per week)
- Job in a professional and multinational environment (more than 20 countries supported and around 10 languages spoken within the team)
